I loved the location of this hotel, right on the harbor with easy access to downtown and other attractions. The staff were wonderful and even went above and beyond by providing a refund when I had to leave due to a family emergency. However, the dining experience was subpar with a disappointing choice of breakfast options. Overall, a cool spot to stay with great service.
The hotel was good for the price, with spacious rooms that allowed for two dog beds and luggage. We appreciated being given a quiet room at the end of the hallway, ensuring our dogs would not disturb other guests with their barking. However, cleanliness was an issue during my stay, leading to two complaints to housekeeping.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was spacious with two double beds, but unfortunately, the condition was not great. The service, especially from the shuttle driver, was exceptional, making our stay more enjoyable. The location near downtown was a positive point, although the dining experience left something to be desired.
